In celebration of Naturopathic Medicine Week, I am running a free contest. Prize will be randomly drawn on May 16th and will consist of one hour assisting you in food choices as you do your grocery shopping. I will call or e-mail first for a brief chat about your health/diet needs, then meet you at any Regina grocery or health food store. During the hour I hope to introduce you to some new and exciting foods to benefit your health. I will not be giving supplement information at this time, or offering treatment based advice, other than as it relates to food. You will pay for the food you select. After the visit, I will e-mail you with preparation suggestions and some recipe ideas for the new foods. Prize is transferable, and can be a great gift for someone recently diagnosed with a health condition, new to living on their own, or just someone who wants optimal nutrition.
