Going Raw – Day Four

It’s getting harder. I couldn’t really stand the thought of another giant green salad today, and yet greens are supposed to be the backbone of this. So – I changed it up a little.

Breakfast:

Mint, parsley, cocoa, banana smoothie

Lunch:

Flax crackers with guacamole and lettuce
cocoa, coconut, date, sunflower truffles

Snack:

Orange
Banana

Supper:

kale chips dipped in agave and almond butter
Jicama chips
Pears
Cucumber slices with dill, olive oil and balsamic vinegar
olives

Snack:

Medjool dates and tamari almonds

Blood work was fine. The medical doctor said “superb”, I saw a couple of minor variations that again point to the intestinal imbalance. Good to know that all organ systems are functioning well, though! Quite tired tonight, I am not going to make this post too long.
